When we go to a customer’s home or business, we strive to offer the best customer service possible. We ensure our employees are highly trained and believe in going above and beyond. That’s why we are humbled when customers send us letters or visit our office to share how grateful they are that they called us. Today we had two gentlemen come to our home to inspect a mysterious leak. The two men that came were David and Richard, and they were awesome. My mother and I both commented that we have never been treated so lovely by any repair person. I will recommend both SERVPRO and these gentlemen to anyone in need, and thank you all. The leak ended up being something besides a pipe or things they are used to seeing. Yet these men stayed until they found the source of the problem. Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and service I received from SERVPRO of Catawba County. We had a water leak from our ice maker. Every step of their service from restoration to repair to clean up was fantastic. We had sub floor repairs, hardwood floor repair/ refinishing, dry wall, paint and more. There cleaning crew was amazing and my house has never been so clean! All the contractors they supplied were excellent. They even worked out payment details with our insurance company. Why SERVPRO Upcoming CE Class on February 19, 2019 This picture was taken at one of our most recent CE classes—we do our best to provide a warm and friendly environment for our agents!

Every quarter, we host free Continuing Education classes for insurance professionals in the area—it’s just one of the ways we support our local insurance agencies. And this quarter, by popular demand, we are hosting two brand new courses: Introduction to Workers Compensation and Employers Liability (#209845) and Errors and Omissions Risk Management (#201902).

As usual, instructor Chris McLeod will return to teach these classes, which she specifically wrote for us! If you’re interested in attending this free event, we are hosting the class at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Hickory on Tuesday, February 19. Why SERVPRO SERVPRO of Catawba County East Hosts CE Classes Each quarter, we host CE classes for insurance professionals to earn credits and maintain their license.

At SERVPRO of Catawba County East, we maintain a strong relationship with insurance offices in Catawba County. One of the ways we support them is by offering free, local Continuing Education (CE) classes so their agents can remain current on their practice with minimal time away from their office.

Insurance agents and adjusters must maintain their licenses by earning enough CE credits, typically earned by attending certain, qualified classes. At SERVPRO of Catawba County East, we host 2 classes every quarter, taught by a certified instructor. In addition to hosting the class, we also provide a free lunch and answer any questions the insurance professionals may have!

Why SERVPRO SERVPRO of Catawba County East is Thankful We're thankful this year for the amazing team we've grown!

Another great year is nearing the end. Thanksgiving is only a couple of days away, one of our favorite holidays of the year. Each year, our business has grown and overcome many obstacles, which has pushed us to be even better. As we reflect on the year so far, there are a few things we’re thankful for as a company.

  1. We’re thankful for our customers. No, we’re not thankful that our customers suffered some kind of disaster. But we are thankful that our customers put their trust in us to restore their home or business!

  1. We thankful for our new team members. The SERVPRO family has added several new members over the past year, and we’re incredibly thankful for the talent and dedication they bring. Each one of them helps us make it “Like it never even happened!”

  1. We’re thankful for our local first responders. Many times we’re called into jobs, first responders are already on the scene. They are an important part of our community, and we’re glad to have them!
